Beyond scholarships, we send local young people to RYLA, the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards: a week of leadership training, teamwork, and personal growth that shapes tomorrow's leaders.
Students spend the week in discussions, hands-on leadership exercises, and fellowship, and return home with new confidence and a network of peers who want to make a difference.
